The staff was extremely friendly and affable and the owner too. Got the same reasonably spacious room with full kitchens booked online, truly enjoyed that. A roll in shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets were very handy. The location to the dive shop I chose was great.

The location here is fantastic! There are plenty of bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. It's also only a brief walk to the national park and a nearby park, which is a nice bonus. Plus, we had a separate bedroom, which was great for some added privacy. 🌟.

The friendly staff made us feel right at home and were incredibly helpful and communicative. the spacious and well-equipped apartment provided everything we needed, and the homely feeling added to our comfort. the excellent laundry service was a great convenience. Plus, being just a short walk from Marino Ballena National Park meant we were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and even catch glimpses of horses and cows nearby.

The policy regarding extra guests was highly strict, making me feel uncomfortable and constantly watched. The enforcement of this policy resulted in me being locked inside until my room was searched at check-out.

For my recent stay at Ballena Paradise Condos, I chose this hotel because it is modern and within walking distance of the dive shop I wanted to visit. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had modern facilities. The pool area was well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and allowed me to check in early. Additionally, the location was convenient, with Marino Ballena National Park and local restaurants just a short walk away. a great stay!

We had a delightful stay at the charming accommodation in Uvita. The air conditioner kept the room wonderfully cool, and the spacious bathroom and shower were a treat. The pool was sparkling clean and had the perfect water temperature. We felt safe with the 24-hour attendant and the beautiful surroundings added to the overall appeal. Although there were a few minor issues, such as the lack of clean bowls and plates and the absence of basic ingredients in the kitchen, these did not overshadow the positive aspects of our stay. The apartment itself was well-maintained, modern, and spacious, making us feel right at home. Plus, being just a short walk away from the national park and local establishments was a major convenience. The friendly staff even allowed us to check in earlier, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area.

this stay in uvita topped my previous experience. ballena paradise condos exceeded expectations - modern, clean, and walking distance to the dive shop. the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. a homely feeling and excellent laundry service made it even better.
